This is where we figure out where you are and how we can help. Your input helps us evaluate your current record keeping systems and identify the specific needs of your business. From here, we’ll design a personalized plan of action. The first consultation is always free!
2. The Nitty Gritty
This is where we roll up our sleeves and get to work. During this stage, we’ll thoroughly dive into your books and work together with you to refine the details. Whether we’re improving pre-existing bookkeeping or setting you up from scratch, you’ll come out with clean, organized books using the software of your choice*.

3. Present & Review Reports
Once everything is caught up, we will review your numbers with you in a non-judgmental way in order to share valuable insights about the health of your business and identify opportunities for improvement. We can also provide training sessions to improve bookkeeping knowledge, financial literacy, and business operations.
4. Continuation of Services
We’re invested in your long-term success and are dedicated to delivering high-quality services for your business. We remain as accessible as possible in order to provide regular bookkeeping maintenance, help you stay on top of valuable business deductions, and generate reports upon request.
